REPRODUCTIVE GENETIC COUNSELLING IN ONTARIO
Reproductive Genetic Counselling is a valuable tool to anyone who is looking to grow their family. There are a wide variety of tests that are available on the Canadian market that can be great guiding tools for you when making big decisions about the next step in your life. We know that there are a variety of different situations in which an egg and a sperm can be used to produce a baby, and we know that the prospect of having a child, bearing a child, or losing a child can be extremely difficult. That is why we are offering reproductive genetic counselling services to provide you with better insights and help you make informed decisions.
HOW TO GET STARTED
If you are experiencing a pregnancy loss, genetic testing can be performed on the miscarried tissue to help identify the reason for the loss. We hope no one needs this testing but if you do we are here to support you through it.
Once you have obtained the requisition form we do require a signature from your physician. This can be your family doctor or fertility specialist. Once the forms are completed, simply return them to Meaghan to continue the rest of the process.
