Our Team

All of our practitioners excel in their fields and are dedicated to being an integral part of your care team. At Femade, the practitioners you select collaborate seamlessly in the background, building on each other's care plans. This approach ensures accountability, utilizes a trauma-informed perspective, and minimizes repetitive discussions on potentially triggering issues. Each of our practitioners offer 15min complimentary discovery sessions to get to know if they are a right fit for your needs.

Anusha Gandhi

Founder, Owner, Clinic Manager and Peer Health Navigator

I have spent the last 10 years building a patient community through my advocacy work, building a network of experts in women’s health, and building a sanctuary that is now known as Femade. What I have come to learn is that while I have spent years learning about how to advocate for my own journey, there are always people advocating without any guidance or roadmap.

Fiona MacDonald

Support Group Leader

I struggled with infertility for 5 years and reoccurring pregnancy loss. The time spent trying to conceive can be extremely lonely and isolating. I was lucky enough to find an amazing community of warriors through social media, and together we supported and lifted each other up when the dark days felt too much.

My hope for this group is to create a sense of community where it’s a safe space to share all the experiences that come along with expanding our families.

It has taken me years to accept just how much my endometriosis dictates my life. In 2019 before facing a thoracotomy for another congenital disorder - an aberrant right subclavian artery -I decided to walk away from my film career and shift all my focus onto my health. It continues to be the best decision I have ever made. While it feels like I am physically decaying, my mental health is thriving as I research and interact more with the endometriosis and chronic health communities. I am excited and honoured to be working with Femade to help set the new standard of care for those with chronic pain and invisible illnesses.
