Hi my name is Manpreet Dhillon. With over 20 years of leadership, coaching, human resources, and community development expertise, Manpreet Dhillon is living the life of her dreams. 

She has traveled the world, visited over 47 countries, started and grown multiple organizations, held positions as a board member, and worked with several notable organizations on global projects and initiatives.  

What people don’t see is that she made all of this happen while regaining strength after multiple concussions and living with Lyme disease. After recovering from an autoimmune condition early in life and being misdiagnosed for many years, Manpreet began to sense that living the life she desired was completely possible, but it required a high level of awareness and keen energy management. 

Navigating her way through bedrest, burnout, and chronic pain, Manpreet adapted her lifestyle to align with the changes in her brain and set herself up to thrive. For her, living with an invisible disease has been a journey of understanding limitations, learning to speak up and ask for help, and opening up to receive. 

Today, through biohacking, ancient healing practices, and innovative new technology, Manpreet has discovered new ways of engaging with her body and letting the innate intelligence inside be her guide. She is walking proof that anything is possible! 

For many years, Manpreet coached women of color in their personal leadership and worked with organizations to foster equitable and inclusive cultures through Veza Global. Through this work, she started to realize these underserved and underrepresented group of individuals especially those living with invisible disabilities needed additional support and tools such as healing work to calm their nervous system down so they can become best friends with their body and listen to it’s wisdom.
