My name is Katherine Lemay (she/her) and I am a bilingual registered Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist in both Ontario and Quebec. After working for the federal government and in International Development for nearly a decade, I sought out a change of careers in health care. I was drawn to occupational therapy because of how it considers the whole person and their environment as I tailor interventions to what matters most to my clients. I am now a fierce health advocate and proud occupational therapist and psychotherapist. I have a special interest in treating mental illness and perinatal women.

I have dedicated my practice to helping women, usually those on reproductive journeys as I know this is when we challenge ourself both mentally and physically, and often struggle with new norms. I also work very closely with those who are on an ADHD journey and sometimes those two journeys overlap. I also work with pediatric patients if you are interested to learn more.
