Hi, I’m Katherine Lemay, a bilingual registered Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist serving Ontario and Quebec. After nearly a decade working in federal government and international development, I transitioned into health care to pursue my passion for helping others. I was drawn to occupational therapy for its holistic approach, addressing the whole person and their environment, and tailoring interventions to what matters most to each client. Today, I am a proud occupational therapist, psychotherapist, and dedicated health advocate with a special focus on mental health and perinatal care.
